Payment/Cancellation Policy
* For Drop-ins, payment will be collected at the time of booking or before the walk to reserve the pick-up & drop off
* For Repeated walks (1~5 walks on the same day every week), bookings ​will be confirmed and payment will be collected at the beginning of each month
* We accept e-Transfer payment, please send to walkwithmaavo@gmail.com
* For cancellations made before 9am on the day of the walk, the credit will be kept on file and applied to the next walk.
* For cancellations made after 9am on the day of the walk, a $20 cancellation fee will be Charged.

Free Pick-up & Drop-off zone map
We offer complimentary pick up & drop off service for some area in North Delta, Surrey and Langley. For out of zone customers, there will be an additional $5~$25/trip pick up & drop off fee apply.
